It was our good fortune that we discovered Nina Le Baron when she answered her own phone as we began our search for the perfect architect to create our vision.

She responded to a multitude of initial questions and set up an on-site visit within a week. Her wealth of knowledge that spans several decades as an architect and artist, made her a perfect match for us!

It did not faze Nina when we handed her a primitive sketch of the vision we had for two story Studio and ADU. She easily crafted an amazing design and worked with us as we made the adjustments to create the final design. Her ideas and creativity blended this new structure on our property with our primary home seamlessly.

Not only was she confident and assertive when needed with the process of permitting, she is very fair and reasonable in all her pricing.

The completed design exceeded our expectations and we hope the attached photos do this project justice.

YOGA studio has acoustic prefab panels on the walls from Home Depot, rubber floors and a seat sound system! The extra acoustic prefab panels went to be re-purposed as headboards, as they ordered too many:-)

Thank you to Jeanne and Cathy for letting me help you with this dream for retirement. Cathy can continue teaching yoga to their neighborhood community and there is an apartment for caretakers to keep them in old age. The interior has a sense of calm- they did all of the interiors themselves with help from their fabulous Contractor- Adam Borseth! He found doors from an old Job in Hawaii and had them shipped over.
